You can track the current status of your order by logging into your DepoDone account, under “Orders” in the Sender section and clicking on the relevant shipment. You can also access real-time tracking information via the link provided by the courier company.
Orders shipped from DepoDone are sent via our contracted courier companies and logistics partners. Our suppliers may also use their own contracted courier services. Courier details are available on the order details page.
If your order hasn’t arrived even after the estimated delivery time, you can check the status in the “Orders” section or contact our support team. DepoDone will coordinate with the courier company or supplier to speed up the process.
If courier companies are operating on public holidays, deliveries can be made. Some of our suppliers may also deliver with their own vehicles on designated days.
If the courier cannot deliver your order, it will usually be left at the nearest branch, and you will be notified by message. You can collect it within the specified time frame.
You can request an address or recipient change in the “Addresses” section, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
Products shipped directly from DepoDone’s own stock are delivered within 1–3 business days. For items shipped by suppliers, the delivery time depends on the supplier’s dispatch schedule. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.
Check the package carefully for any damage before accepting it. If damaged, request a report, refuse the delivery, and take photos to send to our support team.
DepoDone has a minimum order amount requirement. Once this is met, all deliveries are free of charge.
Yes. While placing orders, you can create separate orders for each branch and select the relevant delivery addresses. This way, deliveries to different branches can be planned simultaneously.
